Contact Plate Freezer
Monolithic cabinet construction with no joints.
The CF-series freezes products in blocks by direct contact heat transfer between aluminium plate surfaces with a high heat-transfer coefficient. High-density polyurethane foam is enclosed in stainless steel sheets that are 100% sealed by welding instead of riveting. The chamber is watertight and resists rust and thermal loss, and a hot-gas defrost function speeds up defrosting.
