Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

GLORY Vietnam, 26 Le Binh St., Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("GLORY", "we") is responsible for the personal data processed on glory.vn. Contact: connect@glory.vn.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact and quotation requests: name, company, email, phone, country, your requirement and message.
  • GLORY Assistant (chat): the questions you type and the answers given, linked to a random session ID.
  • Statistics: only if you accept, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location).
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare proposals, to send you a confirmation email, to improve our website and assistant, and to keep the site secure. The legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

4. Virtual assistant

The GLORY Assistant answers from GLORY technical documentation using an AI language model provided by Anthropic, PBC (USA), which processes chat messages on our behalf. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat. Proposals and quotations are always confirmed by a GLORY engineer.

5. Who receives your data

GLORY Vietnam and, where needed to serve you, GLORY Europe B.V., our partner in India and our office in Japan. Service providers: website hosting (Hostinger), email (PA Vietnam), the AI assistant (Anthropic) and, with your consent, Google Analytics (Google). Some providers process data outside Vietnam; we use them only with appropriate safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact. Chat logs: up to 12 months. Statistics: according to Google Analytics settings (14 months).

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or object to processing by emailing connect@glory.vn. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
